Tel is in the office part time and works alongside Angel to establish better ways of working. Tel goes out of his way to help everyone, no matter who and no matter how! He brings a new perspective to the industry as his background is not in the care sector. His innovations have brought many new processes into fruition. Rhiannon joined the team in 2022 and soon became part of the furniture! Rhiannon has a Level 5 QCF in Adult Social Care and was appointed as the Registered Manager in February 2025. Rhiannon has a passion for making our care delivery the best it can be. Rhiannon is also on the Board of Trustees at NSDT Mental Health. Fun Fact – Rhiannon is a huge fan of Barbie Girl!

Charlotte joined the team in 2019 and is now our Care Coordinator. Charlotte currently handles all our rotas and ensures that calls are at their perfect time! Charlotte has an eye to detail like no other, meaning her Care Plans are fantastic. Fun Fact – Charlotte is Number 1 football mum.

Laura joined the team after we opened in April 2025. She is our kitchen superstar, handling any last minute changes and any number of orders. Laura has high standards when it comes to food preparation and presentation. Laura sets the bar for how the kitchen should be run and thoroughly enjoys creating new menus and options. Fun Fact - Laura loves wearing a Lobster hat on Fish Fridays!

Reablement Lead
Becca began at 1 Oak as a Care Assistant in 2022. After gaining experience working in Autism and Learning Disabilities, she returned to 1 Oak in January 2026 as our Reablement Lead. Becca is passionate about supporting people through hospital discharges. She focuses on creating practical, person-led care plans that help people regain independence and achieve the best possible outcomes. Fun fact - Becca loves organising and cleaning!

Scott joined the team in 2024 as our Business Administration apprentice. Scott has completed his apprenticeship and now learning all things rota. Harley Clark
Company Mascot
Harley is the company mascot and is often found in the office with her tie on giving everyone cuddles and welcoming visitors to the office. Fun Fact – Harley’s favourite toy is her “Purple Hippo” that she has had since she was a puppy (it may have been replaced a few times!) She is an older lady now and she is almost completely blind, but she can still sniff out her treats and cuddles!
