1 Oak 8th Birthday
Our Registered Manager Rhiannon organised an amazing event for us all to celebrate our 8th Birthday and Awards Ceremony.
We had a great afternoon and the awards covered everything from Carer of the Year to Miss Congeniality!
The winners were voted for by their peers and those we care for.
Hayley won the most awards of the day – taking home THREE awards!
The day was well attended with many of the team along with some clients and their family.
1 Oak Community Meals Chef Laura cooked us up a storm and we all shared Afternoon Tea!
There was a huge selection of awards, from Carer of the Year, Miss Congeniality, Continuous Improvement, Best Apprentice and Going the Extra Mile!
Celebrating our 8th Birthday was great fun!
SNEE "Can Do" Awards 2025
It is with great pride that 1 Oak won 2nd Place in two categories at the 2025 “Can Do” Awards – from the Suffolk and North East Essex ICS.
With over 200 applicants per category, we were over the moon to be part of the finalist line up.
When we arrived, the room was packed out with people from all over Healthcare in Suffolk and Essex.
To be called for second place was beyond amazing and a testament to the hard work and dedication that 1 Oak puts in to their work on a daily basis.
We were first called for “Holistic Community Care Team” and then our CEO, Angel Clark was called for “Inspirational Leader”
Fantastic Afternoon to see everyone at Newmarket Racecourse.
